As a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) for 17-years, Mr. Blossom has performed numerous floodplain studies for both public and private clientele, including assisting Municipal entities garner approval from the FEMA for stream and wetland restoration activities in mapped floodplains.

Our senior engineering staff has coordinated directly with FEMA technical review staff throughout the processing of multiple Letters of Map Change, including but not limited to development related projects and ecosystem restoration projects.
