BCE provides watershed analysis, stormwater management and erosion and sediment control for small and large scale residential, commercial, mixed use and institutional clients. We provide floodplain analysis, including small and large scale planning as well as road over topping evaluations and benefit cost analysis for re-development projects.

Our engineers have assessed, designed and retrofitted hundreds of Best Management Practices (BMPs) for increased stability and function.

BCE’s design and water resources engineering foundation is built on solid technical understanding of hydrology and hydraulics associated with floodplain dynamics in both coastal and riverine settings, and our project designs are calibrated to consider projected future conditions under a range of potential storm driven scenarios.
