Scott Blossom P.E., CFM, LEED AP returned to Australia after going to college there over 25 years ago, to present a technical presentation at one of the World’s largest floodplain conferences. After presenting for many years at ASFPM National conference, which also drew an international crowd, Mr. Blossom was honored to deliver a presentation about stream restoration and infrastructure development. The presentation covered projects in rural settings, on Military bases and in urban confined settings.  in rural and urban areas, as well as Military bases, and address challenges associated with benefit cost analysis for dam removal projects.
