Hal Van Aller P.E. is presenting “Addressing the Dangers of Low Head Dams” at FEMA’ National Dam Safety Program Technical Seminar in 2026. Hal brings over 40 years of water resources and geotechnical engineering experience and leads BCE’s dam engineering program. With support from BCE’s engineers and environmental scientists, Hal specializes in dam repairs, alterations and removals, continuing his incredible service to society in the interest of Community Safety and National Security.
