BCE provided conceptual plans and site design, including erosion and sediment control plans and CZM permit coordination documents for a modular hotel project at Yacht Haven Grande.

BCE reviewed existing base mapping/survey and evaluated existing site infrastructure as it relates to site planning and design alternatives.

Utilizing the proposed conceptual site plan (as provided in the scoping documents) and the design objectives, BCE prepared a site plan showing proposed site improvements, amenities and site dimension/layout.

Utilizing the site plans, BCE designed the stormwater plan and prepared associated calculations. The stormwater management plan was prepared in accordance with the current version of the U.S. Virgin Islands Environmental Protection Handbook.
